About Mark

My name is Mark and I am a certified professional Life Coach and a born again Christian. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior when I was 18 years old, which was more than 40 years ago. My doctrinal beliefs align with Reformed Theology.

WHAT IS THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST?

The biggest problem for me when I first became a believer was that there was little to no discipleship offered to me at my local church. Except for attending church on Sunday's, no formal method of leadership was offered to me that would have helped me understand the Christian faith and know how to read and understand the Bible properly.

This vacuum of leadership contributed greatly to many years of me stumbling and faltering in my faith and my walk with the Lord. As a result, my desire and mission with this website is to help other truth seeking Christians by pointing them in the right direction so they can properly fill in the gaps in their own knowledge and understanding of the Bible and grow in their faith and walk with the Lord.

Jesus said, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4). This is a profound statement from the mouth of our Lord that our need for the word of God (truly a daily need) is as essential as our daily need for food.

With a proper and steady diet of God's word in our life we experience the sanctifying and purifying work of the Holy Spirit in our mind and heart, and peace and joy with God as we continue our daily walk through this troubled world.

...but be transformed by the renewal of your mind...
Romans 12:2 (ESV)

Jesus said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." (John 15:5).

God's desire is that we should overcome the world (the evil world system) through our faith in His written word. When we remove the lies we believe (errors in our thinking) we refine our faith, purify our heart, and become transformed by the renewing of our mind (Romans 12:2).

The fundamental purpose of Christian life coaching is to provide you with the necessary structure, assistance, and accountability you need for training in righteousness and spiritual growth and maturity. Coaching helps you produce profound personal transformation and proper spiritual maturity in your walk with the Lord.

At this time I am not accepting any new coaching clients.

TAKING THE MYSTERY OUT OF KNOWING GOD'S WILL

For this is the will of God, your sanctification...
1 Thessalonians 4:3 (ESV)

Faith Without Works Is Dead
14 What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? 17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
James 2:14-17 [ESV]
24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Hebrews 10:24-25 [ESV]

3 He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, and they will bring offerings in righteousness to the LORD.
Malachi 3:3 [ESV]

3 In the course of time Cain brought to the Lord an offering of the fruit of the ground, 4 and Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat portions. And the Lord had regard for Abel and his offering, 5 but for Cain and his offering he had no regard. So Cain was very angry, and his face fell. 6 The Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry, and why has your face fallen? 7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. Its desire is contrary to you, but you must rule over it.”
Genesis 4:3-7 [ESV]

13 “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. 14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few."
Matthew 7:13-14 (ESV)

2 Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. 2 We know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. 3 Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God's kindness is meant to lead you to repentance? 5 But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God's righteous judgment will be revealed.

6 He will render to each one according to his works: 7 to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; 8 but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury. 9 There will be tribulation and distress for every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek, 10 but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek. 11 For God shows no partiality.
Romans 2:1-11 (ESV)

21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
Matthew 7:21-23 [ESV]
6 Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
Hebrews 6:1-2 [ESV]
